If it does not turn up

Risk stays with us until the goods are delivered to you or to someone you have named to receive them. If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, or the parcel goes missing in transit, email support@sitework.uk with your order number. We will chase the courier and, if it cannot be found, replace it or refund you in full. You do not have to deal with the courier yourself.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason at all. You then have a further 14 days to send the jacket back to us. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the payment method you used.

We pay the return postage. Email us and we will send you a prepaid label. Because standard delivery was free, the refund is the full amount you paid.

You are welcome to inspect the jacket and try it on your dog, the same as you would in a shop. If it comes back in a condition we cannot resell, for example after a fortnight at the lake, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the lost value. In practice: keep the tags on and it is a simple full refund.

How to cancel

Email support@sitework.uk with your order number and tell us you are cancelling. Any clear statement is enough. If you prefer, you can copy the form below, but you do not have to use it.

Model cancellation form To: ChinUp, Jacob Orsborn-Smith, [trading address], support@sitework.uk I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: Ordered on / received on: ................ Order number: ................ Name of consumer: ................ Address of consumer: ................ Signature (only if this form is sent on paper): ................ Date: ................
Before launch

Replace [trading address] above, and add the same address to the seller details in the footer of this page, the terms and the privacy policy. The model cancellation form is a legal requirement and it has to carry a real postal address.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If the jacket arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or develops a fault, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of the 14 day cancellation right:

  • Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund.
  • Up to six months we will repair or replace it, and refund you if that does not fix it.
  • Beyond six months your rights continue for up to six years in England and Wales, or five years from discovery in Scotland, though you would need to show the fault was there at delivery.

We pay postage both ways on anything faulty or incorrectly sent. Send a photograph with your order number and we will not ask you to post it back before we act.

Exchanges and sizing

Sizing is the most common reason a jacket goes back, which is why the size guide is measured on chest girth rather than breed. If it is the wrong size, treat it as a cancellation under the section above and reorder the size you need; that is faster than an exchange and it costs you nothing either way.
